Crafting Nature-Inspired Interiors for Wellbeing

Verda Living Studio is a biophilic and wellness-centred interior design practice dedicated to creating spaces that restore, calm, and uplift. Rooted in nature-inspired principles and mindful design, our work blends beauty with purpose, crafting environments where people feel connected, supported, and truly at home. Based in the UK and serving clients locally and online worldwide, we specialise in designing homes and small business spaces using an earthy, modern-organic aesthetic. Every project is approached with sensitivity to sustainability, accessibility, and emotional well-being, ensuring that each space functions harmoniously for the people who use it.

Our Philosophy

We believe that interior design should do more than look good, it should feel good and do good. At Verda Living Studio, we integrate biophilic design, wellness research, and sustainable practices to create spaces that promote healthier living and a deeper connection with nature. Through thoughtful material sourcing, eco-conscious decisions, and inclusive design principles, we ensure that each space is welcoming, adaptable, and supportive of diverse needs.

Bio

My approach to design is shaped by a life lived between cultures. Born in the UK and partly raised in Malaysia, I developed an early awareness of how environment influences the way we feel. Travel has continued to inspire my work, with experiences across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia shaping my perspective on materials, space, and atmosphere. Before founding my studio, I spent several years designing kitchens and interiors for private clients, refining a process that blends creativity with careful attention to detail. This experience taught me that truly successful spaces are not only visually striking but also intuitive, personal, and built around the people who live within them. Today, through Verda Living Studio, I specialise in biophilic, sustainable, and inclusive design, creating interiors that feel calm, refined, and naturally connected to their surroundings. My passion for environmentally conscious design was influenced early on by my father’s work in sustainability, something that continues to guide my philosophy today. Every project is approached with the same intention: to design spaces that feel effortless, considered, and quietly luxurious. For me, luxury is not just about aesthetics. It’s about creating environments that enhance everyday life.
